LONDON, June 7. (Received June 8,1893, at noon.)
The Vienna correspondent of 'The Times ' says that after Count Kalnoky's speech the Balkan States need not expect help from the Great Powers in case of war until they are completely pacified internally. BERLIN, June 7. The German Press resent the tone of Count Kalnoky's speech. The ' Kreutzer Zeitung' says that Austria is incurably weak, and is attempting to throw dust in the eyes of Europe.
