YESTERDAY’S ACCIDENT.
TO THE EDITOR. Sir,— Your report of the accident at the Salvation Army Fortress yesterday Is not quite correct, George Mills is the name of the man who was injured. When the accident occurred there was no scaffolding up } he was engaged in preparing for it, ana, while walking over the joists, he fell between them, and injured his ribs, but continued to work for some afterwards. He had just started work that morning. He is now progressing favorably.—l am, etc , T. S. Lambert. Dunedin, September 3.
