MUNICIPAL NOMINATIONS
Sooth Dunedin.—For South Ward there was only one candidate proposed—Alfred Baker—his nominators being Messrs Patrick Curley and Michael M'Kay. Pobt Chalmers.— John Watson, Jan., who was proposed by Messrs George M. Boss and James Ness, being the only candidate, was elected for Middle Ward.
St. Hilda.— Henry Dent, proposed by P. H. Brady and John Farrell, was returned without opposition for Park Ward. Eoslyn.—For the position of councillor for KUgoar Ward, Alexander Matheson, proposed by Messrs P. Duncan and William Farley, was re-elected unopposed.
