TURKEY SUPPORTS THE RUSSIAN MISSION. CONSTANTINOPLE, September 3. (Received September 6,1837, at 1.30 a m,I The Porte has asked the German Government to endeavor to indpee England, Austria, and Italy to consent to the mission of the Russian General Ernroth to Bulgaria. SOFIA, September 2. M, Stambouloff, a well-known Russophobist, will form a new Cabinet in succession to M. Stoiloff.

LONDON, September 3, (Received September B, 1887, at 12 50 a.m.)
. Turkey has asked Prince Bismarck to induce England, Italy, and Austria to accept the Russian nomination as sole Regent of Bulgaria. This step, it is believed, hastened the formation of a strong Ministry by M. Stambouloff. The Great Powers will probably decline to accede to the wish of Turkey. The Bulgarians are rallying round M. Stambouloff.
