Mr M ‘Murray, we hear, has purchased a niece of land at the Taupo on which some tot springs are situated, with the view of establishing a sanatorium.— Hawke s Bay of the Wellington timber merchants, for a supply of between 230,000 and 250 000 feet of timber, for the alterations to General Government buildup, bas been accepted.
