REGIONAL CENTRE FOR UNWO
Rec. noon. LONDON, December 21. The United Nations must have a regional European office, which must be established to bring practical day-to-day co-operation to the Continent, said Mr. P. J. Noel-Baker, Minister of State, today. It is vital for Europe and its immediate reconstruction and for the United Nations Organisation's longterm projects that this centre should be established soon.
