MR. BEVIN SEES FRENCH

The three Foreign Ministers met again in Moscow this afternoon; Mr. James Byrnes was in the chair % Before today's session opened there was a preliminary meeting of the heads of the delegations as well as the Permanent Under-Secretary for Foreign. Affairs, Sir Alexander Cadogan, and the British and United States Ambassadors.
Earlier, Mr. Bevin saw the head of the French delegation in Moscow.
The Chinese Ambassador to Russia called again today on Mr. Byrnes. Today is Generalissimo Stalin's sixty-sixth birthday, and congratulatory telegrams have been pouring into the Kremlin.
