Bulgaria docs not want a new Constitution on Soviet lines, said the President of the National Assembly, Mr. Kalarov.
Bulgaria must have a truly democratic Constitution which should be in harmony with the country's traditions and future requirements, and particularly with the development and prosperity of the working classes.
