FORTHCOMING ELECTIONS
LONDON, September 2. Paris radio reports that the Bulgarian Premier, Mr. Georgiev, declared that changes in his Cabinet would shortly be made to achieve the indispensable democratic basis for the Government. He added that the electoral laws under which the forthcoming elections would be held would be reconsidered.
