ENVOYS OF PRESIDENT
LONDON, May 25
The former United' States Ambassador to Moscow, Mr. Joseph Davies, has arrived in London on his special mission for President Truman. He is to discuss with Mr. Churchill mattei-s of common interest to Britain and the United States arising from the war. Mr. Hopkins,. who is on a similar mission to Russian leaders, arrived in Moscow today. He was accompanied by the United States Ambassador, Mr. W. A. Harriman.
