FORESEEN BY COMMANDERS Rec. 10.20 a.m. LONDON, Feb. 26. Speaking at a reception in Belgrade yesterday, both Field-Marshal Alexander and Mai-shal Tito predicted that their forces would join up at the top of the Adriatic, thus forming a single Field-Marshal Alexander stated that Marshal Tito's forces had detained and decimated 15 to 20 enemy divisions.
