A RECONSTRUCTION
THE DUTCH CABINET

LONDON, Feb 23.
Dr. Gerbrandy remains Prime Minister of the Netherlands and Minister for Co-ordination of Warfare, and becomes Minister for Justice in a reconstructed Cabinet which was announced today. ,Dr. Van Kleffens retains the Foreign Affairs portfolio.
Other new Ministers are:—lnterior, Mr. L. Beel; Finance, Dr. Huysmans; War and Navy, Mr. J. de Booy; Trade, Industry, and Agriculture, Dr. Gispen; and Social Affairs, Mr. F. Schmutzer. Admiral Furstner, who resigned as Minister of the Navy, remains com-mander-in-chief of the Netherlands naval forces.
