REQUEST FOR FLOWERS
Friends wishing to give flowers or vegetables or flower seedlings for the Victoria League stall at the garden party, which is to be held at "Homewood" on Saturday in aid of funds for the nurses' beach cottage, are requested to leave them at the league rooms, fourth floor, D.I.C. Building, on Saturday between 8.30 and 9.30 a.m.
Mrs. Wyndham Knight, Blenheim, has been staying at the Grand Central Hotel for the Leyland-Owen wedding.
