SWISS RESIGNATION

Dr. Paul Gysler has resigned the presidency of the Swiss National Council, 'following the refusal of Russia to resume diplomatic relations with Switzerland, states the Swiss radio. His successor, Dr. Pierre Aeby, is a councillor for the canton of Fribourg, and a jurist. ' '
