EXECUTIONS IN VIENNA
LONDON, January 20. The "Volkischer Beobachter" records the execution of 13 Viennese for high treason after trial in the so-called People's Court. Reuters correspondent in Europe says that observers connect the executions with the street demon strations in the working-class districts of Vienna after the news of the Allied landings in North Africa. The evacuation of the State Administration from The Hague, ordered by the Germans as a defence measure, has.now been completed, according to Dutch sources in London. Various departments have been transferred to the central Dutch towns of Zwolle Zuteen and Niimegen
