RUGBY, January 20. President and Mrs. Roosevelt hope to visit Ottawa shortly, Mrs. Roosevelt said at Montreal last night when replying to a. message from the Earl of Athlone, read by Mf. Mackenzie King, in which the Governor-General sa?d the door was always open, and he hoped to entertain President and Mrs. Roosevelt soon,—B.O.W.
