FOUR POLICEMEN STABBED
!Rec. 2 p.m.) NEW DELHI, Sept. 25. Four policemen were stabbed in 3ombay during a demonstration. Police dispersed with lathis a number of processions near schools. Many colleges have been closed. Police at Allahabad fired on a stonethrowing crowd. . , ' Leading Allahabad Hindus have sent a deputation to the Magistrate pointing out that collective fines penalises the community for the conduct of a few hooligans.
