HUTT VALLEY NEED
AMBULANCE STATION PLANS
The question of establishing a supplementary ambulance station in Lower Hutt was touched upon by the chairman of the Free Ambulance Board, Sir Charles Norwood, yesterday. He raid that Mr. E. P. Hay and the Mayor (Mr. J. W. Andrews) were already interested in the matter, and had been asked to suggest possible sites, after, which the board might inspect them before coming to a final decision. Sir Charles added that in planning, a. new station in this area they wanted to look a long way ahead, and not put up a building that would require additions and extensions within a short period.
