CHAMPIONSHIP BOWLS
The elect of players from the clubs made up a .record • entry, for the Wellington Bowling Centre's singles championship, decided on; the Thorndon green today.. The weather was excellent, but competitors had to contend with a little tjricklness, and oil; one hand nearest the edge of the green there was a wide draw which took some bowls off the green.
