NEED FOR LONG-TERM POLICY

The joint message from President Roosevelt and Mr. Churchill to M. Stalin has been warmly welcomed throughout Britain. Not only is the suggested joint conference, in Moscow felt to be the logical development of the discussions, but. also opinion here is greatly impressed by the statement of the need,to consider a more longterm policy.
