TALKS IN MOSCOW
TOKIO, February 14.
The Moscow correspondent of the Domei news agency said that the diplomatic corps is attaching importance to expected talks between the Ambassador to Germany, Mr. Oshima, who arrived yesterday on a two-day visit en route to Berlin, and the Ambassador to Moscow, Lieutenant-General Tatekawa, regarding Japanese-Soviet-Ger-man relations and the situation in the Far East and Europe.
