NEGOTIATIONS FOR RETURN
WASHINGTON, February 8,
The Secretary for Labour, Miss Frances Perkins, announced that officials are co-operating with the North German Lloyd Company for the return to Germany of the seamen from the scuttled liner Columbus. Trans-Pacific bookings could not be obtained.
