GERMANS FROM ITALY
TO SETTLE IN AUSTRIAN
TYROL
ROTTERDAM, February 8.
The local gauleiter (Nazi Party/ district leader) told Dutch journalists visiting the Austrian Tyrol that between 60,000 and 80,000 Germans from ■South Tyrol (Italy) will shortly settle there. A new suburb of Innsbruck,is planned.

NEW YORK, February 8.
The Governor of New York State, Mr. if! H. Lehman, is proclaiming February 11 "Potah Day," for the remembrance of religious and lay martyrs of the war. He urged Americans to "pray for, the millions of Poles who are undergoing untold misery and persecution."
