The Tass news agency announced that the Soviet has protested to France following police raids on the Paris premises of the Soviet Trade Bureau, in which, it ia alleged, documents were seized whose return the Soviet demands.

It is believed that the Goverhment refused to consider the Soviet protest.

Soviet commercial representatives have not enjoyed diplomatic privileges since December 31.
