ISTANBUL, February 8.
Turkish marines occupied the Ger-man-owned Krupp shipyards on the Golden Horn.
The Government announced the dismissal of German naval engineers and technicians who were equipping Turkish submarines in these yards. Numerous German residents, particularly business men, have departed in recent days.
