Eleven cyclists taking part in a tour of South-Eastern France were injured, two of them seriously, when they were knocked down by a motor-car driven by a woman at a village near Avignon.
The Marist Football Club was last night granted permission by the Wellington Football Association management committee to. play a game at Seatoun Park on Saturday between its First A Division team and its "oldtimers."
