POLICE TRANSFERS
Detective E. H. Compton, Palmerston North, has been transferred to Wellington, and is being replaced at Palmerston North by Detective J. G. Long, of Wellington.
Sergeant D. Vaughan has been transferred from Freeman's Bay to charge of Takapuna station, being replaced at Freeman's Bay by Sergeant T. Wolfendale, of Newton.
Constable J. H. Dennehy, of Whangarei, has been transferred to Auckland as y acting-sergeant.
Constable A. E. Kearton, of Napier, has been transferred to Wellington as acting-sergeant.
Constable E. J. Hay, of Nelson, has been transferred to Christchurch as acting-sergeant.
