The Colombo—Rose ot England colt, owned by Lord Glanely, finished first, but was disqualified after an objection Winner bred at the National Stud and trained by F. Butters at Newmarket.
Stardust had not raced up till the eve of the Ascot Meeting last month, and the detailed results from that meeting arc not yet lo hand Hewas purchased at the Newmarket July sales last year for £1450 by Prince Aly Khan. The Rose of England colt who was disqualified created a deep impression early last month when cantering home five lengths clear of his opposition in the £1000 Warwickshire Breeders* Foal Stakes, 5 furlongs, at the Birmingham Meeting.
