STABILISATION NEEDED

A motion urging the Dominion executive to press for a scheme covering the sale of wool, such scheme to give a measure of security against price fluctuations, without the loss of producer control, was carried by the annual conference of the New Zealand Farmers' Union today. Whatever might be said about the guaranteed price, it had certainly had the effect of bringing a certain amount of stability to dairymen.
