RUGBY, July 5,

A record crowd greeted the King and Queen when they visited the Centenary Royal Agricultural Show in Windsor Great Park today. Their Majesties drove in an open landau from Windsor Castle to the-show ground, and were loudly cheered as they drove down the long walk and through the show ground to the Royal pavilion, where they were received by the Earl of Athlone, deputy president of the show, and Princess' Alice.

After lunch their Majesties made a tour of the show, which lasted for over three hours—a full, hour more than had been anticipated.

The King and Queen were given a tremendous send-off by a crowd of more than 25,000 people when they left for Windsor Castle this evening.
