The Marsden Old Girls and. their friends will be interested to. learn that the Marsden Old Girls' Drama Club will be presenting "Nine Till Six," a play in three acts by Aimee and Philip Stuart, in the Assembly Hall, Marsden School, on Friday and Saturday, October 7 and 8, at 8 p.m. This play is very well known td old repertoriaris, and the production will undoubtably be welcomed. The cast will include Mollie Brown, Moya Hempton, Mary Hannah, Pat White, Elizabeth Burnett, Geraldine Litchfield, Mary Neave, Jacqueline Evans, Isla Scholefield, Athalie Eaton, Iredale Turner, Alison Purdy, Denise Shaw, Lois Little, and Helen WynnHesse. Christmas Gifts Included. The annual sale of work Of the Kent Terrace Presbyterian Church will be held in the Sunday school hall adjoining the church on Wednesday. It will be opened by Mrs. W. Appleton at 2.30 p.m. and will continue throughout the evening when a short programme will be given. The Wadestown group of the Women's Social Progress Movement met recently. Visitors from other groups induced the president of the movement (Miss Mary McLean), who led a devotional session. Reference was made by Mrs. G. L. Stewart to the sad loss Mrs. Campbell had sustained through the sudden death of her husband. Members stood in silence as an expression of their sympathy. The speaker was Mrs. Johannes Andersen, who took as her subject "Salacious Literature." She was J'stened to with keen interest, and the discussion which followed her address was bright and to the point A hearty vote of thanks was passed to Mrs. Andersen.
