The German Foreign Minister, Herr yon Ribbentrop, travelling incognito in a closely-guarded train, is on his way ' to Rome on a courtesy, visit which is allegedly to have been arranged nine days ago. An1 Austrian spokesman, says the visit is.not connected with the meeting between Dr. yon Schuschnigg arid Herr Hitler. • '
