ARRANGEMENT OF VISIT
(Received February 14, 10.30 a.m-.) ROME, February 13. The Foreign Office' spokesman says that Dr. yon Schuschnigg's visit was arranged with the full consent of the Italian Government, in accordance with co-operation agreed upon *by Italy, Austriarand Hungary as signatories to the Rome protocols and under the Rome-Berlin axis.
