Sixty undefended petitions for divorce are set down for hearing at the Supreme Couft tomorrow, and thirteen motions for decrees absolute will be heard. Mr. Justice Ostler will hear twenty-five in the morning and nineteen in the afternoon, and the Chief Justice (Sir Michael Myers) will hear sixteen suits in the afternoon.
