■i.*v.i'dhal Graziani is reported to be retiring from the Viceroyship of Abyssinia, for health -reasons. It is believed that his successor will be the Duke of Aosta, a cousin of the King a<nd a general in the air force. Military experts call Marshal Graziani Italy's best soldier. He succeeded Marshal Badoglioin the supreme Abyssinian command, and has been Viceroy since 1936. Ho spent seven years as^a junior officer in Eritrea, and from 1926 to 1930 he was the . "pacifier" of Cyrenaica. \
