FALSE PRETENCES ALLEGED
Charged with obtaining a motorcycle valued at £100 from Collingwood Kemp Goodwin, Carterton, by means of a valueless cheque for £40 on the Bank of Australasia, Carterton, Randall James Ferguson appeared before Mr. E. D. Mosley, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court today, and was remanded to appear next Wednesday.
