(Received March 11, 11.15 a.m.)
CANBERRA, March 10.
The Attorney-General, Sir Robert Menzies, today will refer the application from Mrs. Freer's solicitor to Cabinet, ylt is unlikely that the Federal Ministry.. will reverse its decision not to admit Mrs. Freer.
A Sydney cable published yesterday stated that last week the AttorneyGeneral received a leter from Mrs. Freer's solicitor in New Zealand asking for reconsideraiton of the Government's decision not to allow her to enter Australia. It was said that Sir' Robert passed the letter to the Minister of the Interior, Mr. T. Paterson, who handled the case originally, but that when he was asked whether he would place the question before Cabinet Mr. Paterson denied all knowledge of the letter. •
