POSTPONED FOR YEAR
FRANCO-BELGIAN FRONTIER
FORTIFICATIONS
LONDON, March 9.
The Paris correspondent of "The Times" reports that the fortification of the Franco-Belgian frontier, which was to have been begun in the near future, has been postponed for a year in consequence of the Government's decision to reduce the extraordinary expenditure of the current year.
