DISORDERLY BEHAVIOUR
For disorderly behaviour in Manners Street on Saturday evening, Barney Vincent Heardon, alias Johnson, alias Eodgers, a labourer, aged 34, was fined 20s and costs by Mr. E. D. Mosley, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court today. Sub-Inspector J. Dempsey prosecuted. The defendant did not appear.
Evidence was given that at 11.50 on Saturday evening the defendant was yelling and shouting in Manners Street, and was abusing a restaurant keeper. He was then under the influence of liquor.
