MORE INSPECTORS
| TRADES COUNCIL DECISION i-'The Wellington Trades.and Labour j Council, decided last night to approach the Minister of Labour in connection with the shortage of Labour [Department inspectors throughout the Wellington district. A member of the council stated today that, although a number of additional inspectors had been appointed, [Officers of the Labour Department I were still deluged with work. Their duties had been increased as a result I of the new legislation, and the position was that, even though some extra i inspectors had been appointed, the work was piling up as much as ever.
