YOUTH ARRESTED
THREATS TO KIDNAP SHIRLEY
TEMPLE
WASHINGTON. September 15. Agents of the Department of Justice arrested a 16-year-old boy from a reform school at Atlanta for threats' to kidnap Shirley Temple. The accused demanded 25,000 dollars from Shirley's parents.
