NEW MAMMOTH LINER
KING MAY LAY FIRST KEEL
PLATE
(British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, September 15. The construction of the CunardWhite Star Company's liner No. 552, sister ship to the Queen Mary, will begin in December, and the work of placing in position keel blocks of nr wood specially chosen to avoid danger of combustion when the ship runs down the slipway is to be begun immediately. ■ . The laying cf the keel will probably be completed, about March. The "Daily Telegraph" says that the King has expressed his willingness to lay the first keel plate of the new liner.
