FRENCH SENSATION
ACTION AGAINST ARMAMENT

PARIS, September IS.
The Government has issued a sensational communique announcing that legal action is being taken against certain French armament firms on charges of misrepresentation in the construction of material intended for national defence.-
The "Daily Telegraph's" Paris correspondent says that the two firms concerned are Schneider and Brunon Valette. They are accused of manufacturing defective torpedo tubes.
