MOTOR OFFENCES
Prosecutions under the motor-vehicles regulations were dealt with by Mr. W. F. Stilwell, SM., in the Magistrate's 'Court today. ',''',,,, , -. For failing to keep to the left-hand side of the road in the Horokiwi Valley, Vivian Heron was fined 30s and costs. . Edward Charles Hoskins was fined .10s and costs for having his vehicles insufficiently lighted. FranH Thompson was convicted and ordered to. pay costs for havirig his bicycle unlighted.:^ , For committing a breach of the parking regulations, James Andrews, Ernest Paterrian," Francis Charles' Kenouf, and William Thomas Strand were each fined 10s, and costs. - Morgan Henry Duncan ■ and- Thomas Moir.were convicted and ordered to pay costs. For driving without a licence Clarcncfc.Edward Bell was fined 10s and costs.
