SENOR SOTELO'S FUNERAL

(Received July 15, 11.45 aon.) MADRID, July 14. Women predominated in crowds, which thronged the streets during the funeral of Senor Sotelo, the ex-Min-ister, who was murdered. A small band of Fascists demonstrated, but were suppressed. The majority of the militant Rightists throughout the country have been imprisoned, 135 in Madrid alone. Rightists and Leftists clashed at Senor Sotelo's birthplace, Orense, four being killed. The Cortes will adjourn tomorrow for a week. Senor Gil Robles has hurriedly returned home, and is expected to pay a tribute to his friend. It is confirmed that a group of men visited his house on the same night as Senor Sotelo was murdered.
