RUGBY,-July 13.
The Board of the Admiralty has sent a message expressing high appreciation of the services rendered by officers and men of his Majesty's ships which have been stationed in the Mediterranean and in the Red Sea waters for the past ten months, a duty which has been arduous and has involved much hardship.
The Board has also sent a message of appreciation to the Australian and New Zealand Navy Boards of the services rendered by officers and men of the Royal Australian Navy and the New Zealand Division whilst detached for duty in the.Mediterranean and the Red Sea. These ships, the Board declares, brought a valuable access -of strength to the naval forces in those waters. .
