STRAINED FEELING
JAPANESE TO FOREIGNERS

LONDON, July 13.
"So strained is feeling in Japan against foreigners that It is possible that persecution of Christian missionaries is not far off,",said Miss K. Boysell, a missionary from Japan, addressing the Church Missionary Society.
She added that feeling in Japan has become so strained, following talk about tariffs and trade, that the Japanese feel they have very few friends outside their own country.
