UNREPRESENTED POWERS

MONTREUX, July 13. The Turkish delegate at the Dardanelles Conference, Dr. Rustu Aras, obviously referring to Italy, which' has not yet been represented at the conference, expressed the opinion that it was undesirable to leave the convention open to signature or adhesion by other Powers not represented here.
