OLYMPIC CLUB
Twenty-three members of the Olympic Harrier Club held a good run of eight miles.. Laid by O. Fisher and A. Shaw, the trail led from the Poneke Football Club's gymnasium at Hataitai, and up Hohiria Road to the top of Mt. Victoria. After skirting the town side of the hill: a smart pace was made by the', runners down to Constable Street, and then acrbss the road oii'ito the other side of the hill. The runners came:out'at Melrose behind the Zoo and a descent was made via Sutherland. Road to Lyall Bay, and thence home through Kilbirnie and Moxham Avenue.
No run-in was held, owing to the scattered positions of the runners.
