APOLLO WOMEN
ACTIVITIES OF CLUB
The Apollo Women's Club has elected the following officers for the ensuing year:—President, Mrs. H. P. Walshe; committee, Miss Douglas, ■ Mrs. Edwards, Miss Ching, Mrs. Henn. and Mrs. Rands; treasurer, Miss Hannah Wilson; secretary, Mrs. H. Thomas.
In presenting the annual report, Mrs. H. Temple White, the acting president, referred to the activities of.the club during the past year, and thanked those who had so kindly assisted by lectures and demonstrations. Thanks were also extended to the decoration committee, whose efforts at each concert were greatly appreciated. The club decided to institute a music fund to help the Apollo Singers to provide new numbers. ■ ■:■ ! '
The members were entertained by Mrs. A. Harris, who gave an interesting physical culture display, which was much appreciated. A dainty supper was served.... . [
